IC Resources is seeking a Senior RF/Analog IC Designer in Switzerland to drive design, testing, and release of advanced Analog/RF/mmWave circuits for AI datacentres. You will collaborate with device teams, analyze data, and help transfer products to production from a technical leadership role.

The role requires MSc/PhD in Electronics Engineering with ~4 years of hands-on Analog/RF experience, strong Cadence/ADS skills, and familiarity with high-end test equipment.

Qualifikationen

• MSc or PhD in Electronics Engineering with around 4 years hands‑on Analog/RF IC design experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Analog/RF/mmWave circuits and systems, including TIA.
• Proven ability to propose innovative solutions at the IP level with BiCMOS and PAM4.
• Proficiency with Cadence/ADS and test equipment like spectrum/network analyzers.

Aufgaben

• Apply design, testing, and release of new products, devices, circuits, and systems.
• Take ownership of assigned design activities and ensure timely milestones.
• Collaborate with transistor designers, application engineers, and device teams.
• Analyze simulation/test data and provide clear status reports.
• Support Product Engineering in transferring products to production.
