Senior RF IC Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IC Design Engineer to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing broadband RF circuits up to millimeter wave frequencies for optical coherent applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SiGe and silicon-based IC architecture, design, and layout, with expertise in handling frequencies above 30GHz.

Responsibilities:

• Design, layout, and verification of IC subblocks operating in the multi-GHz range
• Collaborate closely with test and application engineers to ensure optimal performance and functionality
• Contribute to the development of high-speed transimpedance amplifiers, linear modulator drivers, and DC control loops
• Support product characterization and provide technical expertise throughout the product development and release cycle

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (M.S.) in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of IC design experience
• Proven experience in designing 30+ Gbps TIA's and linear modulator drivers; familiarity with DC control loops is advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of SiGe bipolar IC design or RF CMOS, along with a strong foundation in analog design principles
• Hands-on experience in mmWave, RF, and analog integrated circuit design
• Proficiency in using Cadence schematic design and layout tools; scripting experience is a plus
• Familiarity with E&M modeling tools such as EMX, ADS, HFSS, or Sonnet is highly desirable
