Job summary

IC Resources seeks a Senior IC Design Engineer to develop broadband RF circuits up to millimeter wave frequencies for optical coherent applications. You will work on SiGe and silicon IC architectures with emphasis on >30 GHz performance, collaborating across test, FA, and product teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree with 2+ years in IC design, hands-on mmWave/RF/analog experience, and Cadence tooling proficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years IC design experience.
• Proven design experience with 30+ Gbps TIAs and linear modulator drivers.
• In-depth knowledge of SiGe bipolar IC design or RF CMOS and analog design.
• Hands-on mmWave/RF/analog IC design experience and layout proficiency.
• Cadence schematic and layout tools; scripting is a plus; EMX/ADS/HFSS/Sonnet familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, layout, and verification of IC subblocks in multi‑GHz range.
• Collaborate with test and application engineers to optimize performance.
• Contribute to high‑speed transimpedance amplifiers and DC control loops.
• Support product characterization through development and release cycles.
