Source Technology Limited seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-profile business and technology programme modernising a complex trading technology landscape, supporting physical Power & LNG trading.

This long-term role starts in November 2026 with remote/flexible working and travel to Switzerland, Nordics, Eastern Europe & UK. You will drive delivery across energy markets with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in energy, commodities, trading, or ETRM/CTRM environments.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale system implementations or transformations.
• Leadership of multi-disciplinary delivery teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of a modern, scalable trading platform or transformation programme in the energy/trading domain.
• Coordinate with vendors to enable future business growth across energy markets.
• Manage cross-functional delivery teams and align with business objectives.
• Balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery when required.
