Exnaton AG is seeking an experienced freelance Sales Manager to open and grow the French market on a flexible, independent basis. You will identify prospects, drive parts of the sales cycle, and leverage your network to accelerate conversations across France.

You will work remotely, coordinating with our Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align on messaging and proposals. The role is for about one day per week and suits an energy-sales professional aiming to represent Exnaton in France.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in B2B sales or business development within the energy industry.
• Open to base salary plus variable compensation.
• Established network and credibility in France.

• Identify and reach out to potential customers in France, presenting exnaton's product.
• Own key parts of the sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure as scoped.
• Leverage existing relationships and market knowledge to open doors and accelerate conversations.
• Represent exnaton authentically to prospective customers and partners in France.
• Share market insights and feedback with Sales and Product teams.
• Collaborate remotely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align on messaging, pricing, and proposals.
