Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of R&D or engineering experience, preferably in high voltage equipment.
• Strong design and development expertise for HV components (bushing knowledge a plus).
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of business processes and R&D environments.
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Basic understanding of IP considerations in R&D.

Your background

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field

• 5–10 years of experience in R&D or engineering, preferably in high voltage equipment or components

• Strong expertise in the design and development of high voltage components (experience with bushings is an advantage)

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken

• Solid understanding of business processes and R&D environments

• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration

• Basic understanding of intellectual property considerations in R&D
