You will contribute to IP strategy, stay current with HV tech trends, and support business operations while aligning with company goals.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of R&D or engineering experience, preferably in high voltage equipment.
• Strong design and development expertise for HV components (bushing knowledge a plus).
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of business processes and R&D environments.
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Basic understanding of IP considerations in R&D.
