Hitachi Energy seeks a Senior Project Engineer to drive optimization of high-voltage transformer bushings. You will lead cross-functional projects, analyze designs and processes, and implement improvements with a focus on quality and cost efficiency.

Lead collaboration with design, manufacturing and quality teams, while preparing documentation and reporting progress to management. Experience with lean methods and electrical insulation tech is valued.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Luck of hands-on experience in managing internal development or improvement projects.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to electrical insulators or HV components.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style with good communication.

Your background

• Experience with Lean methods, Six Sigma, or similar improvement approaches is a plus
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
