Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in R&D or engineering, preferably in high voltage equipment or components.
• Strong expertise in the design and development of high voltage components (bushings is an advantage).
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Solid understanding of business processes and R&D environments.
• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Basic understanding of intellectual property considerations in R&D.
