Qualifikationen

• Solid mechanical knowledge, ideally in electrical insulators or high-voltage components.
• Experience with Lean methods, Six Sigma, or similar improvement approaches is a plus.
• Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
