Hitachi Energy in Zurich‑Oerlikon is seeking a senior engineer to strengthen our GIS Development team within the High Voltage Products unit. You will own complex engineering challenges, contribute to gas‑insulated switchgear technology, and collaborate with international teams to push next‑generation solutions.

You will participate in R&D activities, drive product improvements, and engage with suppliers and laboratories across countries.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of industry experience in engineering or R&D.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical engineering.
• Experience in an industrial product development environment.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and fluent English.
