Zusammenfassung

Amazon is seeking a Senior ProServe Account Executive (PAE) for Retail/CPG and Pan-Amazon Growth within AWS Professional Services. The role focuses on engaging new and existing customers to define business outcomes, translate technical concepts into business value, and drive revenue, bookings, and CSAT.

You will collaborate with ProServe Cloud Architects, Delivery Consultants, and Pan-Amazon teams to build proposals and secure SOW signoffs.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of experience in professional services sales.
3+ years in retail or consumer package goods business development.
Experience with achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.
Experience with cloud technologies and IT strategies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Aufgaben

Lead business development efforts by engaging customers and driving high-value engagements.
Collaborate with Global Sales, Pan-Amazon BD to ensure coordinated approach for key accounts.
Create proposals, secure customer sign-off on SOWs, and ensure successful project delivery.
Advocate for customers while balancing Pan-Amazon and AWS business objectives.
