Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Value & Implementation Project Manager (VIPM) to lead cross-functional project execution within GPAM, partnering with teams across Medical Affairs, Outcomes Research, Market Access and more.

The role supports global drug and vaccine development pipelines, with potential base in Rahway, NJ; Upper Gwynedd, PA; or Zurich, Switzerland. Requires PMI/PMP-type experience and 3+ years in pharma project management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in a scientific or applied discipline preferred
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management or a related role required; in a pharmaceutical/biotech industry preferred

• Manage Value and Implementation processes for moderately complex projects; drive cross-functional teams
• Create, approve and execute integrated project plans across disciplines
• Develop and maintain enterprise project plans and risk tracking
• Facilitate team meetings and document outcomes; ensure clear purpose and objectives
• Support process improvements and change management initiatives
