Zusammenfassung

MSD is seeking an experienced VIPM Associate Director to drive value & implementation initiatives across therapeutic areas. You will lead cross-functional teams, shape comprehensive project plans, and influence through collaboration to advance development programs.

Based in a hybrid environment with global collaboration, you will mentor project management staff, contribute to business process improvements, and ensure effective execution using enterprise systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or applied discipline.
• Minimum of five years of project management experience in pharma/biotech preferred.
• PMIS familiarity and cross-functional collaboration skills.
