You will oversee international plant projects from concept through commissioning, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction and start-up with customers, licensors and suppliers. The role calls for a degree in chemical/process/mechanical engineering, 10+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering.
• 10+ years in sulphur recovery or related chemical process industries.
• Proven experience in managing international EPC projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead international engineering and plant construction projects in sulphur recovery and sulphuric acid.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, basic and detailed engineering, procurement, construction and start-up.
• Provide technical expertise on Claus process, TGTU, and related systems.
• Manage budgets, schedules, quality, and risk.
• Negotiate with customers, licensors and suppliers.
• Support proposals and cost estimates.
• Ensure compliance with standards and environmental requirements.
