Job summary

Added Value Engineering in French-speaking Switzerland seeks a Senior Pharmaceutical/Chemical Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects (process, EIA, HVAC) in close client collaboration. You will drive cost, schedule, and quality, motivate teams, and manage budgets, invoicing, and reporting.

The role requires a degree from ETH or a university of applied sciences in chemical, mechanical, or thermal engineering, 7+ years of complex project management experience, PMP or equivalent, and

Qualifications

• A degree from an ETH or a university of applied sciences in chemical, mechanical, or thermal engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience managing complex technical projects.
• Thorough knowledge of the standards and regulations in force in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good knowledge of industrial standards for chemical/mechanical/thermal sectors.
• PMP certification or equivalent (a plus).
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or similar).
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Languages: Fluent in French, business-level English, German (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary technical projects (process, EIA, HVAC) in direct collaboration with clients.
• Ensure projects are managed effectively in terms of cost, schedule, and quality.
• Lead and motivate project teams by fostering constructive collaboration.
• Identify potential risks and implement solutions to anticipate or resolve them.
• Manage financial and administrative aspects: budgeting, invoicing, reporting.

CHEF OF PROJECT PHARMA / CHEMISTRY SENIOR
