Swisslinx AG is seeking an experienced senior programme manager to lead the carve-out workstream for a global transformation. You will drive governance, planning and executive reporting while coordinating multiple workstreams across regions.

A strong track record in buy-side carve-outs and complex integrations is essential. The role requires senior engagement with stakeholders, hands-on delivery, and the ability to operate in regulated manufacturing environments.

This individual will lead the general carve‑out workstream and provide structured programme and stakeholder support across a complex, global transformation. The successful candidate will report directly to the Carve‑Out Lead, who reports to the CEO.

• More than ten years of relevant senior project or programme management experience.
• A proven record of delivering large, complex, cross‑functional programmes in global organisations.
• Experience working on at least two carve‑out programmes, including at least one buy‑side carve‑out.
• Strong knowledge of carve‑out planning, governance, stakeholder coordination and operational readiness.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams, critical paths, risks, issues and interdependencies.
• Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without relying on direct authority.
• Strong facilitation, communication and executive‑reporting skills.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
• Experience in manufacturing, operational or regulated environments would be advantageous.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP or an equivalent project‑management qualification would be beneficial.

Requirements

• A strong record of delivering large-scale, complex programmes in global organisations.
• Substantial senior project or programme management experience.
• Experience supporting business transformations, acquisitions, integrations, carve‑outs or significant organisational change.
• Direct experience of a buy‑side carve‑out would be highly advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing, operational or regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of programme governance, integrated planning, milestone management and executive reporting.
• Demonstrable experience managing critical paths and dependencies across several workstreams.
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders without relying on direct authority.
• Strong facilitation, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to provide structure and direction in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP or a comparable project‑management qualification would be beneficial.
• A central role within a newly established Carve‑Out Management Office.
• Direct reporting to the Carve‑Out Lead, with exposure to senior leadership.
• Responsibility for a strategically important global programme.
