Zusammenfassung

Swisslinx AG seeks a Senior Program Manager/Transformation Lead to own a key portfolio within a major Core Banking Transformation. You will drive planning, migration activities, and governance across business and technology streams, delivering on complex requirements.

You will partner with stakeholders to align objectives with feasible solutions, oversee risks, and push for timely decisions in a demanding financial services environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Senior Program Manager or Transformation Lead in banking/financial services.
• Proven delivery of large, complex transformation or migration programs.
• Experience with migration programs including testing, user change and business change.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes: Order Management, Corporate Actions, Securities Deliveries, Loans, OTC Transactions.
• Strong knowledge of Portfolio and Position Management.
• Excellent planning, execution and delivery capabilities.
• PM or Agile Product Management certification.
• Experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Core Banking Transformations or Temenos/Triple'A is a plus.

In this senior role, you will take ownership of a key program stream covering portfolio and position management and ensure successful delivery across business, technology and related transformation workstreams.

• Location: Zurich, up to 2 days homeoffice
• Start: 1 October 2026
• Contract Type: Temporary / Project-based assignment
• Lead a major Portfolio and Position Management workstream within a large-scale Core Banking Transformation
• Take responsibility for planning, execution and successful delivery of the assigned program scope
• Manage migration activities including testing, user change and business change
• Coordinate closely with business, technology and other program streams
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks and delivery challenges across the transformation
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives, business requirements and technical feasibility
• Act as a senior sparring partner for stakeholders and challenge existing approaches where required
• Drive decisions, priorities and execution in a complex transformation environment
• Ensure effective governance, stakeholder communication and progress reporting

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior Program Manager, Program Lead or Transformation Lead within banking or financial services
• Proven track record in delivering large and complex transformation or migration programs
• Strong experience with migration programs including testing, user change and business change
• Profound understanding of transaction-related core banking processes such as:
  • Order Management
  • Corporate Actions
  • Securities Deliveries
  • Loans
  • OTC Transactions
• Strong knowledge of Portfolio and Position Management
• Good understanding of portfolio analysis capabilities including rebalancing, allocation and performance calculation
• Excellent planning, execution and delivery capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to challenge and align different stakeholders and workstreams
• Project Management or Agile Product Management certification

Experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, Core Banking Transformations or Triple'A / Temenos Wealth Management would be a strong advantage.
