The role requires 10+ years in senior project or programme management, proven buy‑side carve‑out experience, and strong governance, communication and executive‑level reporting skills in manufacturing or regulated environments.

• Experience delivering large, cross-functional programmes in global organisations.
• Experience on carve-out projects, including buy-side carve-outs.

• Lead the general carve-out workstream within a global transformation.
• Coordinate governance, milestones, risks and interdependencies across workstreams.
• Provide structured programme and stakeholder support, reporting to the Carve-Out Lead.
