The role ensures transparency and efficiency in project execution and serves as a key interface between project teams, clients and internal stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain integrated, resource-loaded project schedules and monitor overall project progress
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of schedules with project goals and milestones
• Update schedules to reflect changes in scope, timelines and resources
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and risk assessments to identify potential issues and propose mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present schedule reports, including critical path analysis and schedule performance metrics
• Assist in the development of project control processes and procedures to improve scheduling practices and project delivery
• Provide training and support to project team members on Primavera P6 and scheduling best practices
