Job summary

CSP Foundation is seeking a Manager/Senior Associate to drive CSPF’s wealth-holder training programs (IING, FO) through planning, execution and continuous improvement. You will oversee in-person and online modules, budgets, supplier contracts and logistics across Zurich, Boston and other sites.

The role emphasizes program operations, materials, communications with participants, and cross-functional collaboration with designers and speakers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in program, event or project management, ideally in executive education, hospitality, a foundation, an NGO or a professional services firm.
• Proven track record of managing high-end events or programs end to end, including budgets, suppliers and contracts.
• Experience working with senior, international and high-net-worth audiences is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate program vision into venues, accommodation, catering and on-site experiences in Zurich, Boston and beyond, managing supplier relationships and contracts.
• Own the recurring year-on-year operations of the IING and FO programs: calendarization, timeline, online curriculum execution, and logistics.
• Run admissions administration (registration, NDAs, confirmations, invoicing) and onboard alumni into the community.
• Serve as primary point of contact for participants on logistics and follow-up; cultivate relationships with participants and alumni.
• Lead feedback collection, analysis, and support end-of-program reporting; standardize templates and program archive.
