biBerk is seeking a Senior General Liability Claims Representative for a fully remote role. You will handle business owner liability claims, analyze coverages, manage litigation strategies, draft letters, and communicate with attorneys.

Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills are essential, with knowledge of standard liability forms. The role requires 5+ years of liability claims adjusting experience, a BA/BS, and professional designations are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Manages an active desk of litigated and complex general liability claims under business owner policies
• Analyzes coverage issues under the Businessowners coverage form and other standard forms
• Analyzes, investigates and evaluates new loss notices and claim tenders
• Expeditiously analyzes and positions claims under applicable coverage
• Collaborates on setting reserves at appropriate levels
• Uses good judgment in managing ALAE in claims investigation
• Documents claim files per guidelines
• Strategize claims toward appropriate resolutions with stakeholders
• Obtains and maintains adjuster licenses as required
