Zusammenfassung

biBerk is seeking an experienced Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster to evaluate and resolve first and third-party auto claims from a remote office. The role requires solide knowledge of auto claims adjusting practices and delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities include directing claim loss investigations, adjusting, coverage analysis, and handling bodily injury claims with support from internal/external resources.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of bodily injury claims handling.
• Bachelor’s degree required; insurance designation a plus.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong ability to understand and review policy documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Investigating losses (BI/UM/UIM primarily) from office, utilizing Independent Adjusters and other resources.
• Identifying coverage issues and completing coverage analysis.
• Evaluation and valuation of injuries/damages.
• Experience handling moderate to severe injury claims with soft-tissue injuries, fractures, disc herniations, etc.
• Handling attorney represented claimants (litigation claim-handling a plus).
• Experience analyzing and responding to Time Limited Policy Demands.
• Working with experts across multiple disciplines (physicians, attorneys, accountants, etc.).
• Maintain claim files per established best claim practice guidelines.
• Obtain and maintain all required state licenses.
