Job summary

Adaptyv is advancing automated wet-lab capabilities to enable AI-driven biology experimentation in a production setting. We seek a senior scientist who owns assay quality, data QC, and production troubleshooting across the experimental pipeline, while also mentoring a growing production team and expanding robust, scalable protocols.

You will diagnose root causes of production issues, translate R&D methods into production-ready workflows, and ensure reliable, repeatable results across expression,

Qualifications

• Hands-on protein production across expression/purification and biophysical characterization.
• Experience with high-throughput workflows and 96-well plate formats.
• Mentor or train junior scientists and build a culture of quality.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production failures across the full assay pipeline.
• Develop and document SOPs for new assays to production-ready standards.
• Mentor and elevate the production team and drive quality.
• Collaborate with research, automation, and QC teams on protocol optimization.
• Balance throughput with quality to scale assays effectively.
