Adaptyv is building an automated lab where AI agents design and optimize biological experiments. You will build the data science layer to turn raw experimental readouts into clean, structured data for models and scientists.

The role intersects data quality, bioinformatics, and dataset building at scale, working with lab scientists, software engineers, and customers to ensure data is trustworthy and actionable.

Qualifikationen

• Strong data science / bioinformatics background.
• Fluent in Python and the scientific stack (pandas, numpy).
• Experience shipping data pipelines and datasets.

Aufgaben

• Own the scientific logic of data quality across the foundry and define good data per assay type.
• Build anomaly detection and QC models to catch data issues.
• Collaborate with software/ML teams to specify and improve automated data pipelines.
• Link experimental results to protein sequence/structure/design.
• Turn foundry outputs into structured, benchmark-grade datasets.
