Adaptyv seeks a senior scientist to own assay quality, data QC, and production troubleshooting across the experimental pipeline in Lausanne. You will diagnose root causes of production failures, translate R&D methods into robust production protocols, and build scalable QC frameworks while mentoring junior staff.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration at the intersection of biology, automation, and LabOS protocol integration, ensuring rigorous data quality and reliable throughput for 150+

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience in protein expression (E. coli, mammalian, cell-free) and purification (IMAC, SEC).
• Deep knowledge of biophysical methods such as BLI and SPR.
• Experience with 96-well plate high-throughput workflows and automation.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot production failures across the full pipeline and identify root causes.
• Develop and document SOPs for new assays and production-scale methods.
• Mentor a growing production team and foster a proactive quality culture.
• Collaborate across biology, automation, and QC for protocol optimization.
• Own the balance between assay quality and throughput to scale production.
