Job summary

IIM Solutions in Switzerland seeks a Product Manager to own the vision and strategy for Docucom and Domtrac, guiding a cross-functional team to deliver measurable outcomes. You will engage weekly with clients, validate ideas with prototypes, and drive an outcome-based roadmap aligned with Mosaic ecosystem.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing and finance on licensing, pricing and go-to-market strategies, while monitoring market trends and maintaining strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a product manager of an enterprise software product (CCM, document processing or similar)
• Proven record of discovery with real users, prototyping and outcome-based goals
• Ability to discuss architecture and technical trade-offs with engineers
• Experience with regulated clients (banks, insurers or public sector) and long-lived software installations
• Strong communication with clients and executives (including in difficult situations)
• Fluent English and German; degree in computer science, engineering, business or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Define a clear vision and product strategy for Docucom and Domtrac tied to the company strategy
• Lead product discovery with clients and test ideas early with prototypes and data
• Own an outcome-based roadmap visible to clients, delivery and sales
• Prioritize the backlog with engineering and delivery teams and plan releases
• Engage with clients and partners, drive escalations and integrations where beneficial
• Monitor market and competitive trends and turn them into product decisions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and finance on licensing and positioning
• Define and track product metrics to steer decisions
• Provide leadership and context for the product team to enable best solutions
