OneDoc, the leading healthcare platform in Switzerland, is seeking a senior engineering manager to lead a team of up to 10 engineers while staying hands-on. You will code, review PRs, and mentor the group, shaping architecture and ensuring clear goals.

The role emphasizes an engineering-first mindset, strong communication, and collaboration with leadership to deliver impactful health solutions in a hybrid Swiss setting.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on coding and code review experience.
• Strong mentoring and people-management skills.
• Fluent English (French is a plus).

Aufgaben

• Lead and mentor a team of up to 10 engineers.
• Write code, review PRs, and solve problems with the team.
• Set clear objectives and track progress with the Head of Delivery.
• Communicate strategy and roadmap to the team and leadership.
• Maintain hands-on technical credibility while guiding others.
