Job summary

Coopers Group in Switzerland is seeking a seasoned Product Owner to lead Martech strategy and delivery. You will shape the roadmap, align with business goals, and partner with Marketing, Sales, and engineering to deliver measurable ROI.

You will manage the backlog, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, translate marketing requirements into precise specs, and ensure high-quality increments that meet the Definition of Done. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience in marketing platforms and product ownership is essential.
• 5+ years in Martech with strategic/operational impact.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with meticulous delivery in Agile settings.
• Strong Martech knowledge including data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
• Expert Scrum experience: backlog grooming, sprint planning, PM software.
• Ability to discuss API capabilities, data schemas, and architecture with engineers.
• Data-driven prioritization using customer insights.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Roadmapping: Define product vision and long-term roadmaps for Martech ecosystem; analyze market trends and ensure product-market fit; align with business ROI.
• Tactical Execution & Delivery: Own backlog end-to-end; draft and prioritize user stories; lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely increments; translate marketing requirements into specs.
• Stakeholder & Team Orchestration: Act as liaison between Marketing/Sales and technical teams; ensure quality with Definition of Done and roadmap alignment.
