Zusammenfassung

OneDoc is hiring a hands-on engineering leader who will partner with our CTO to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality releases. You will spend most of your day coding with the team and shaping technical direction, not managing Gantt charts.

You will review designs, mentor engineers, and own the release lifecycle from cut to post-release checks. Fluent English is required; French is a plus in our Swiss environment. This is a hybrid role with on-site collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Qualifikationen

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to navigate unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience leading delivery for a team with releases and timelines.
• Proven track record of maintaining quality under pressure.

Aufgaben

• Break features down with developers, define scope, tests, edge cases, and rollback.
• Review code and designs daily to ensure sound architecture.
• Pair with developers to unblock issues and guide problem solving.
• Own the release process, go/no-go decisions, and post-release checks.
• Identify and fix root causes of slippage, communicating risks early.
• Model high standards in scoping, testing, and communication.
