A-Players is seeking a Senior Growth Designer to own the path from landing page through quiz to paywall, checkout, and upsell for our flagship B2C AI product.

You'll design high-converting web funnels, test hypotheses, and build reusable components for our funnel builder while collaborating with Growth, Product, Analytics and Engineering. This role emphasizes impact and experimentation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Growth/Product/Web design focused on funnels.
• Strong understanding of web funnels and business logic.
• Proficient in Figma including components and auto-layout.
• Hands-on with Claude Design.
• Analytical with ability to connect design to metrics.
• English proficiency B1 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on web funnels - landing pages, quiz screens, paywalls.
• Build reusable visual components for internal funnel builder.
• Contribute to product screens, user flows, and UX beyond growth.
• Partner with Growth, Acquisition, Product; turn hypotheses into designs.
• Own and maintain design system and Figma hygiene.
• Join syncs on key metrics and drive data-driven design decisions.
