Job summary

LocalStack is seeking a senior Product Analytics role to shape our product analytics strategy as we scale. You will connect data across Emulator, CLI, VS Code extension, web app and docs to form a 360° view of customer behavior for all types: human, CI, AI agent.

You will define analytics foundations, collaborate with technical teams to enrich data, and develop insights that influence pricing, packaging, and growth decisions with ownership across the stack.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data analytics with a strong focus on product analytics.
• Experience modelling a unified system with architecture-level thinking.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.

Responsibilities

• Build analytics foundations delivering actionable insights for GTM, Finance, Marketing, Product and Engineering.
• Connect the user journey across Emulator, CLI, VS Code extension, console, docs site and website to a 360° customer view.
• Translate complex datasets into clear strategic recommendations driving actions and outcomes.
• Understand data flows and work with technical teams to enrich data for analytics vision.
• Develop insights that prove ROI for customers in collaboration with customer-facing teams.
