SonarSource is hiring into the Data & Insights team in Geneva. You will own the product-usage analytics lifecycle, from data exploration to hypothesis testing, collaborating with Data and Analytics Engineers to model data and influence GTM decisions.

Qualifikationen

• Deep product understanding and ability to translate usage data into decisions.
• Strong analytical track record influencing revenue, product, or GTM decisions.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applying them to work.
• Willingness to grow and learn new tools.
• Solid SQL proficiency.
• Python for analysis, modeling, and automation.
• Statistical foundation: experimentation, regression, forecasting.
• Understanding how product usage connects to revenue: funnels, cohorts, retention.

• Understand product usage with PMs to analyze engagement, feature usage, and retention.
• Connect usage data to outcomes to reveal expansion, churn risk, and account health.
• Define usage-based signals and health indicators.
• Be proactive: explore data and surface findings others did not ask for.
• Run experiments and validate using sound statistical methods.
• Partner with Data Engineers to warehouse and model data.
• Tell the story and document context for handoffs.
