Job summary

Ligentec, a leader in integrated photonics, seeks a Senior Process Engineer in Ecublens, Switzerland. You will own, develop and qualify core unit processes for the silicon nitride platform, driving high yield and robust processes from concept to industrial scale.

Qualifications

• University or HES degree in relevant field.
• Several years leading semiconductor/photonic process engineering projects.
• Deep expertise in unit process development, SPC, DoE, metrology, and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop, qualify, and document unit processes across lithography, deposition, etching, and back-end.
• Lead end-to-end projects, providing technical direction to engineers.
• Maintain process specifications, set control limits, and interpret capability data to optimize yield.
• Investigate excursions and implement corrective actions via change management.
• Transfer processes to volume production and support ramp-up.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to the QMS.
