Zusammenfassung

Exyte Basel is seeking an experienced process design professional to design packaging systems from concept to handover, including URS, specifications, tendering, FAT, installation and commissioning.

You will lead or contribute to the process design team, coordinate with clients, vendors and internal groups, and ensure GMP compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Pharmaceutical/Process/Chemical/Mechanical Eng or similar.
• Experience in plant engineering or process design in pharma.
• Strong GMP knowledge and regulatory understanding.
• Knowledge of packaging tech: blister, bottle, cartoning.
• Serialization, track & trace, and vision systems a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Very good German and good English skills.

As part of one of our project teams, you will be responsible for process design from concept to implementation – occasionally also on-site at our clients. You will either lead or contribute to the process design team, take ownership of work packages and coordinate with all stakeholders across project phases.

• Design and specify packaging systems from concept phase to handover (URS, technical specifications, tendering, design, FAT, installation and commissioning)
• Take ownership of work packages or contribute to the process design team
• Manage suppliers from contract award through FAT/SAT and qualification phases (DQ, IQ, OQ)
• Solve technical challenges in serialization, aggregation and vision systems
• Ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with clients, vendors and internal teams throughout all project stages

Show your expertise

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical, Process, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Experience in plant engineering, process design or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of packaging technologies (e.g. blister, bottle, cartoning lines)
• Experience with serialization, track & trace and vision systems is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Very good German and good English language skills
