• Proven experience in technical services, manufacturing science, or packaging technologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and packaging systems.
• Sound knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in process validation, change control, and process monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply statistical tools to solve complex problems.
• Experience with technical transfer and product lifecycle management.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide expert knowledge in packaging processes, materials, and design.
• Represent Technical Services in cross-functional and joint process teams.
• Ensure compliance with global standards, regulatory requirements, and GMP guidelines.
• Manage and support change control activities for assigned products.
• Oversee and review manufacturing documentation (e.g., SOPs, master batch records, process instructions).
• Prepare and contribute to technical reports, including process performance updates and project status.
• Participate in site visits to external manufacturing partners to assess capabilities and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure appropriate control strategies are established and maintained for all assigned products.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and process knowledge.
• Support the preparation and review of Annual Product Reviews (APR/PQR).
• Contribute to technical documentation for regulatory submissions, inspections, and audits.
• Lead or support product transfers, tech transfers, and new product introductions.
• Support investigations related to deviations, complaints, and process issues.
• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned external manufacturing partners.

Your Profile:

• Advanced degree (or equivalent experience) in Life Sciences or Engineering (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Engineering)
• 5–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or related manufacturing environments
• Proven experience in technical services, manufacturing science, or packaging technologies
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and packaging systems
• Sound knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and regulatory requirements
• Experience in process validation, change control, and process monitoring
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply statistical tools to solve complex problems
• Experience with technical transfer and product lifecycle management
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in cross-functional, international, and external partner environments
