Zusammenfassung

Exyte Switzerland AG is seeking a Senior Engineer Solids / OSD to lead or contribute to process design teams for pharmaceutical production facilities. You will own work packages, coordinate with clients, colleagues and suppliers, and ensure GMP-compliant delivery from concept through commissioning.

The role requires strong technical expertise in pharmaceutical process design, plant engineering and project management, plus excellent communication in German and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Process or Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field
• Experience in plant engineering, process design or pharmaceutical production and operations engineering
• Solid understanding of GMP guidelines and current industry standards
• Experience in project structuring, cost and schedule planning as well as technical procurement is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confident stakeholder interaction
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken, good English language skills are an advantage

Aufgaben

• Design and specify production facilities for OSD processes - from concept phase to handover (URS, technical specifications, tendering, design phase, FAT, installation and commissioning)
• Take ownership of one or more process systems as Work Package Owner or contribute to the process design team
• Manage suppliers from contract award through FAT/SAT and qualification phases (DQ, IQ, OQ)
• Solve complex technical challenges in formulation, material handling and supporting processes
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP and quality standards and drive continuous improvement and best practices
• Collaborate and coordinate closely with clients, colleagues and vendors across all project stages

As part of one of our project teams, you will be responsible for process design from concept to implementation - occasionally also on-site at our clients. You will either lead or be a member of the process design team, take ownership of work packages and coordinate with stakeholders (clients, colleagues and suppliers) across the different project phases.
