Job summary

TotalEnergies in Switzerland seeks an experienced IT/Business Analyst to join the Trading IT team supporting TGP, focusing on translating business requirements into features for Orchestrade migration and cross-asset platform modernization.

You will collaborate with engineers and vendors, drive test strategies, UAT, and production readiness while applying knowledge of energy markets and risk concepts to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Master degree in IT, technology or engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a utility or commodity trading environment.
• Experience with ETRM systems such as Orchestrade, Calypso, Murex or Endur.
• Strong interest in IT and technology with experience in software engineering and application management.
• Able to manage multiple activities under pressure with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft business/functional requirements into features and user stories for software engineering and third-party providers.
• Participate in the Orchestrade project to replace the current in-house ETRM and contribute to testing and QA processes.
• Define and execute test strategies, coordinate testing, and support UAT and issue resolution.
• Work with BA's and IT resources across Trading IT during migration and production readiness tasks.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to knowledge sharing across the organisation.
