TotalEnergies Gas & Power (TGP) in Geneva seeks a seasoned Power Trader to develop and execute optimization and trading strategies across short- and long-term horizons. You will collaborate with Operations, Origination, Asset Management and other trading desks to maximize portfolio value.

You should have 7+ years in European power trading, deep knowledge of asset-backed trading and strong quantitative skills to translate market views into executable trading strategies within a disciplined risk

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Finance or equivalent study.
• 7+ years of experience in European power trading.
• Strong knowledge of asset-backed trading and optimization.
• Experience with risk management and market design in European gas, power and emissions.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement trading and hedging strategies aligned with market conditions.
• Execute trades across power, gas and emissions markets within mandated frameworks.
• Collaborate with Operations, Origination and Asset Management.
• Support portfolio balancing and risk management to improve performance.
