Job summary

TotalEnergies is seeking an IT Business Analyst for the Trading IT division in Geneva. You will translate business goals into detailed requirements for the Orchestrade-enabled ETRM environment, coordinate testing, and support deployment across the TSP/TGP platforms.

Strong communication and multi-stakeholder collaboration are essential. You will work closely with BA’s, software engineers, and vendors, ensuring change readiness, process improvements, and robust test coverage in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, technology, or engineering.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in a utility or commodity trading environment.
• Experience with ETRM systems such as Orchestrade, Calypso, Murex, or Endur.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to the business, translating objectives into requirements and validating them.
• Configure systems via GUI for business readiness (setup/workflows/pricing).
• Define and validate business/functional requirements, ensuring alignment with landscape and strategy.
• Collaborate with software engineers and vendors on design and delivery.
• Define and execute test strategies and support UAT.
• Mentor new team members and participate in knowledge sharing.
