HAYA Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead IND-enabling nonclinical programs in Lausanne. You will plan translational study designs, coordinate CROs, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure regulatory readiness across global filings.

The role requires in-depth GLP/ICH knowledge, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering complex biotech projects on time and within budget.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; PMP or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in cross-functional project management for biotech/pharma CROs.
• Strong knowledge of GLP, ICH guidelines and regulatory timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IND-enabling preclinical study planning (toxicology, PK, in vivo efficacy) and manage study workflows.
• Coordinate outsourced CRO designs and plans, advising on scientific strategies.
• Manage vendor relations and act as primary contact with external CROs for timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
• Anticipate obstacles and align cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and accelerate velocity.
• Develop dashboards and tracking tools for timelines, dependencies, and resources; report to R&D leadership.
