Job summary

LimmaTech Biologics AG, a Swiss clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Preclinical Project Manager to coordinate non-clinical studies and support vaccine development from planning through reporting. This 80–100% role focuses on GLP studies, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will manage timelines, budgets, and dependencies, with a strong emphasis on quality, regulatory alignment, and clear communication with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in biology, microbiology, immunology, toxicology, or related life sciences.
• 3–5 years of preclinical research, project management, or vaccine development experience.
• Experience managing outsourced studies and working with CROs in vaccine development.
• Immunological/functional assays experience: ELISA, OPA, SBA, multiplex immunoassays.
• Strong data analysis, interpretation, and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for non-clinical/GLP vaccine studies.
• Excellent project management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient written and spoken English; strong Excel and GraphPad Prism skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage non-clinical research and GLP studies with internal teams, external collaborators, and CROs.
• Plan, coordinate, and track preclinical projects: timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables.
• Analyze and present preclinical data from immunological/functional assays.
• Prepare preclinical docs: protocols, study reports, toxicology reports, regulatory contributions.
• Coordinate communication with external providers and internal stakeholders.
• Organize study logistics: materials, sample management, shipments for in vivo/in vitro studies.
• Maintain preclinical databases, inventories, and study materials for data integrity.
• Support assay development, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with vaccine regulatory requirements and SOPs.
