Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English and German.
• Extensive engineering and maintenance experience in regulated manufacturing.
• Experience leading capital-investment, engineering, maintenance, commissioning or facility-readiness initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of plant engineering, utility systems, maintenance and qualification processes.
• Ability to translate operational requirements into engineering solutions.

Aufgaben

• Act as Engineering and Maintenance lead for capital-investment projects including construction, commissioning and qualification of Ibex biopharmaceutical facilities.
• Lead cross-functional teams and interface between investment engineering and operations.
• Define and deliver requirements for engineering/qualification tools and maintenance concepts.
• Promote proactive maintenance strategies and failure-prevention approaches.
• Collaborate with Operations to shape future operating organization and headcount ramp-up.
