Zusammenfassung

Swisslinx is seeking an IT Infra Project Coordinator to supervise and support a portfolio of local projects across the full lifecycle at the Visp site. You will drive vendor interactions, coordinate timelines, and ensure stakeholder reviews and approvals are obtained.

You will analyze business processes from an IT perspective, support project teams, and collaborate across departments in a regulated, global pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years IT management and project management experience.
• German and English language proficiency.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• General understanding of GxP.
• Well organized and structured work approach.
• Strong structured and analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Strong communication and collaboration across cultures.
• Ability to coordinate projects with underlying IT infrastructure.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and support a portfolio of local projects across the lifecycle.
• Supervise project timelines, deadlines and deliverables with stakeholder approvals.
• Ensure tickets are updated until issues are resolved.
• Own and drive vendor interactions at a technical level as IT Infra Project Coordinator.
• Analyze business processes and integrate IT perspectives.
• Support the business in IT related topics for the projects.
• Facilitate close collaboration between departments and stakeholders.
• Assist projects to reach successful completion.
• Support network engineering activities as needed.
