Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
• Proficiency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving high performance and aligning team priorities with business goals.
• Experience leading complex engineering and maintenance initiatives in biopharma manufacturing.
• Ability to act as a recognized technical expert in engineering, maintenance, and related financial processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead engineering and maintenance initiatives for construction and commissioning of biopharma facilities.
• Serve as interface between investment-engineering organization and operations.
• Provide input for engineering, qualification, and maintenance tools for project delivery.
• Implement maintenance strategies focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Collaborate with Operation Heads to define and ramp up facility headcount.
• Drive innovation and cost-efficient improvements in facility design and operation.
