• Fluency in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary engineering teams across all project phases.
• Act as the technical lead alongside the Project Manager.
• Plan and monitor overall project progress throughout execution.
• Ensure high-quality technical delivery in line with client, regulatory, and internal standards.
• Manage technical project reporting to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee cross-discipline engineering activities and facilitate design reviews with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Lead technical coordination meetings and decision-making processes.
• Manage scope and change control processes.
• Coordinate internal and external approval procedures.
• Coach and support project team members.
