Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking an experienced Organisational Development professional to lead enterprise-wide Performance Management, Talent Development and Leadership initiatives for a global FMCG client.

You will partner with senior leaders to design change management and adoption plans, facilitate leadership workshops, and monitor progress to drive engagement and long-term success in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience leading enterprise-wide Performance Management, Talent Development or Organizational Effectiveness programs.
• Strong background in Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Learning & Development.
• Proven track record partnering with executive leadership teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Experience delivering large-scale HR transformation, culture change or organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Consulting experience in a leading advisory firm or multinational environment would be valued.
• Exposure to international FMCG, consumer goods, retail or fast-paced global organizations is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead the deployment and adoption of a new Performance & Growth framework across the organization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, HR teams and key business stakeholders.
• Develop and execute change management and engagement strategies to ensure successful implementation.
• Create impactful communication, training and adoption plans to support employees and people managers.
• Design and facilitate leadership workshops, manager enablement sessions and stakeholder forums.
• Strengthen organizational capability through best-practice approaches to performance, feedback, coaching and development.
• Monitor implementation progress and recommend actions to drive engagement, consistency and long-term success.
