STAAR Surgical Switzerland is seeking a Sr. Finance Business Systems Analyst (100%) to optimize Oracle Fusion Financials and EPM processes, supporting GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, tax, and financial reporting.

You will collaborate with Finance, Internal Audit and IT Security to ensure SOX compliance, lead testing cycles, and train users across global finance teams, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field.
• MBA, CPA or Oracle certifications preferred.
• 8–10 years implementing and supporting Fusion Financials.
• Strong GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax and Financial Reporting knowledge.
• SOX, ITGC, SoD and audit controls experience.
• Knowledge of Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Global finance experience with SOX compliance.

Responsabilités

• Analyze business requirements and recommend Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax and Financial Reporting.
• Configure and support Financial Reporting Center, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle BI tools.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare functional designs, configuration docs and test scripts.
• Lead SIT, UAT, quarterly updates and production support.
• Coordinate cross-functional issue resolution and improvements.
• Train users and maintain solution documentation.
• Support integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud and enterprise systems.
