Job summary

Masimo, part of Danaher’s family of companies, is seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst to deliver and support Oracle E-Business Suite and related lifecycle projects for Finance Operations in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. The role focuses on Intercompany, GL, AR, AP, and other modules within Oracle EBS and Fusion ERP.

You will partner with end users, lead workshops, participate in Oracle Fusion ERP initiatives (some travel), and design processes to scale operations while improving practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience supporting Enterprise Applications in an IT/IS Department.
• 7+ years hands-on experience implementing Oracle EBS.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS version 12.x in Finance, VAT and accounting.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Experience creating business process models and using them to describe requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Neuchatel functional teams and Oracle team.
• Lead workshops and document functional/technical requirements.
• Participate in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation phases; travel as needed.
• Analyze and document business practices for finance and operations; design improved processes.
• Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle EBS (and Fusion) ERP modules.
