Zusammenfassung

SGS is seeking a Transformation Management Lead to drive a global Oracle Fusion ERP program from Europe (Hybrid). You will lead the ERP Transformation Office, translate Finance strategy into design, deployment and value realization across regions.

You will coordinate Finance, GBS, IT and external partners, manage governance, risks, KPIs and change management to deliver sustainable improvements. This executive role offers exposure to senior leadership and the chance to shape SGS’s future finance

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of leadership experience in Finance Transformation or ERP programs.
• Proven success leading global ERP transformations, ideally Oracle Fusion.
• Strong expertise in Finance Target Operating Model design and implementation.
• Experience within Shared Services and Global Business Services environments.
• Track record managing multinational stakeholders across countries.
• Strong understanding of finance processes including R2R, P2P and O2C.

Aufgaben

• Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO).
• Drive the Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap execution.
• Ensure alignment between ERP deployment and the Finance Target Operating Model.
• Coordinate business, IT and external implementation partners globally.
• Maintain governance across all program workstreams.
• Establish governance structures and executive steering committees.
• Drive organizational readiness and adoption strategies.
